We accept bookings via the message system on our website, email ([email protected]) or phone call (01674 850232) between our working hours.
If you are passing, feel free to pop into reception during working hours.
Prior to your arrival date we will send you out a booking form for completion. You can bring this with you on the day of arrival or send it back completed via email to [email protected] before your arrival date.
For telephone bookings we will have a booking form waiting for you at reception upon check in.
We require a copy of all dogs updated vaccination booklets, a copy of this can be sent to the [email protected] or bring it with you on the day of arrival and we will take a copy of this. Please note that we do not require the kennel cough vaccine and if you are getting this done, it must be done 12 days prior to entry. Failing to abide by this may result in refusal of kenneling for your dog.
There are no deposits required at this time, we only ask that you give us as much notice as possible if things change or you need to cancel.
